ExamWorks expands a modality's capabilities to include important workflow features such as Modality Worklist, Modality Performed Procedure Step and Storage Commitment Services, providing efficient and transparent integration with departmental workflow. When used in conjunction with a DICOM Modality Worklist Management server, ExamWorks allows the user to ensure accurate patient demographics at the point of service. For convenient technologist control, the intuitive JAVA-based graphic user interface is optimized to automate and support department workflow and processes. The touchscreen interface allows easy access to functionality, and small size and minimal cabling allow roomy access at the modality control console.

MergeMVP

MergeMVP provides a means for non-DICOM image acquisition devices to connect to a DICOM network, as well as other proprietary image networks and devices. It provides efficient acquisition and transparent networking of digital images among medical imaging components. MergeMVP acts as a converter, acquiring images from a direct digital connection to a diagnostic imaging scanner. It provides modality specific DICOM conformant storage service class output or other proprietary output as needed.

ACR Standard for Teleradiology Guidelines Revision 35 (1998) recommends 2.5 line pairs/mm. In addition to working with your existing PACS system, CAD / CAM Services Medical Division has also written custom applications for radiologist needs, and review / clinical conferences. Please contact a specialist about your specific applications. Typical pricing ranges from $ 2.00–$7.50 per X-ray which includes some indexing. Quantity pricing is available. Indexing is generally based upon Patient => Studies => Series => Image.

We either provide the scanning as a service, or sell the Howtek scanners (including Kodak / Lumisys and Vidar), and imaging technology.
